The River City Safety and Environmental Council

RCSEC is an association of companies and individuals whose common interest and purpose is the protection of people and the environment. For over 15 years we have worked, in cooperation with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies, to provide a forum for the free exchange of safety and environmental ideas and information, and to be a clearinghouse for training opportunities in Western Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma.
