The River City Safety and Environmental Council (RCSEC) is an association of companies and individuals whose common interest and purpose is the protection of people and the environment.

For over 10 years we have worked, in cooperation with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies, to provide a forum for the free exchange of safety and environmental ideas and information, and to be a clearinghouse for training opportunities in Western Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma.

Who Should Attend? Anyone involved in Safety, Risk Management, Loss Prevention or Loss Control. Personnel at any level of the organization involved in accident prevention and/or accident investigation.
