The River City Safety and
Environmental Council
(RCSEC) is an association of companies and individuals whose common interest and
purpose is the protection of people and the environment.

For over 10 years we have worked, in cooperation with local, state, and federal
regulatory agencies, to provide a forum for the free exchange of safety and
environmental ideas and information, and to be a clearinghouse for training
opportunities in Western Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma.

This Council has been organized to assist its members to gain and maintain
leadership in their profession and through collective efforts to advance the professional
standards of safety, health, security, and/or environmental stewardship in the
workplace and local community. This Council is dedicated to providing effective
support, consultation and guidance through mutual cooperation on all safety, health,
security, and/or environmental stewardship issues and concerns addressing people
and property.
